While moaning to myself (ya, I am trying to limit my moaning to myself now – aren’t you glad? :)) about how far March seems to be and how I have to endure 7 more weeks of being pregnant at the minimum (since I tend to go over my EDD), it suddenly dawned upon me that I don’t have much time left to do the things I need to do!
Yikes! How did that happen? We finish up our 1st term of school this week (remember we school 4 weeks and take 1 week off throughout the year, except for Christmas and Chinese New Year but this year our week’s break coincides with Chinese New Year.) We’ll take a break next week and then we enter February. We school for the 4 weeks of February, taking us to March!
Which leaves me with just one week to chill and do nothing or (most likely) finish up all the loose ends that I couldn’t complete during the school term.
So, I need to be very disciplined to do exactly what’s on my planner and schedule in order not to be rushing around like a headless chicken the week before I birth!
But still…7 weeks is like eternity to me! It’s 7 more weeks of needing to pee every few minutes. 7 more weeks of feeling hot and huge. 7 more weeks of enduring comments from people. 7 weeks of needing a crane to move me once I lie down. 7 weeks of …….. you get the point 🙂
However, as I sit here thinking and typing, I suddenly realised that I should be up and doing things instead of moping and moaning! Then time will fly instead of crawl or worse, stall!
Stop moaning and start moving!
Yep, that’ll be my motto for the next 7 weeks 🙂 So off I go to finish up what I did not over the weekend and may you have a great week ahead!
